USER CANNOT CHANGE THE PASSWORD

*(Create user by Administrator)
1. Right click on the   my computer then select Manage.
2. Choose local user group then click on user .
3. Then click on Action menu choose new user….
4. Then give the user name and password
5. Then unchecked  the option:-   User must change password on next login
6. Then checked the option        User can not  change password        Password never expires
7. Then click ok    

Other description  
*  My computer>manage>Localusergroup>uses>Action>new user ……
